When you purchase or contact LocalWorks, we may receive your full name, email address, phone number, order details and messages you send us. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored inside the LocalWorks offline apps.
How we use information

- Deliver the LocalWorks suite and transactional messages.

Offline app privacy
Your working files stay on your computer. The LocalWorks apps are designed to process imported documents and data locally in your browser. LocalWorks does not receive those working files through the apps.
Website analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and interactions on our website, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, traffic source and engagement. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and process data according to Google's own privacy terms.
You can restrict cookies through your browser settings or use Google's available analytics opt-out controls. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from viewing the website or using the purchased offline apps.
Service providers and retention
We use service providers such as FlexiFunnels for funnel and delivery functions, Google Analytics for website measurement and Razorpay for payment processing. They process relevant information under their own terms and privacy practices. We retain purchase and support records only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, security, accounting and legal requirements.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we control, or withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis. Some records may be retained where required by law or necessary to establish or defend a claim.
