Access and payment
LocalWorks is offered for a one-time payment at the price shown at checkout. There is no recurring subscription unless a future offer clearly states otherwise.
Permitted use
You may use the downloaded apps for your own personal or business productivity tasks. Keep a backup of the original download and any important work you create.
Prohibited use
- Do not resell, redistribute, share or publish the suite files.
- Do not represent the apps as your own product.
- Do not use the apps for unlawful activity or to infringe another person’s rights.
Your data and backups
The apps work locally, and some records may be stored in browser storage. You are responsible for exporting and backing up important data. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or deleting the suite folder may affect locally stored information.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide functional tools and reasonable support, but results depend on the files, browser and computer used. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
